We build capacity for individual fundraising, the most durable type of revenue. Our team has directed or advised efforts that collectively have raised over $90 million. We lead the Capacity Collaborative, a network of sector leaders sharing best practices in individual donor development.

Some of the nation's largest foundations, including the Silicon Valley Community Foundation and the California Community Foundation, have called upon CWR to build the individual fundraising capacity of their grantees. We have achieved proven results with large agencies with multiple development staff and small organizations with the ED doing it all.
